The Traditional's base is Cornish Blue, gorgonzola style texture with a soft creamy centre. On this sits Garlic Yarg, creamy under crust yet firm and slightly crumbly in the centre wrapped in wild garlic leaves to give it that subtle garlic flavour. Keltic Gold, rubbed and washed in Cornish Orchard cider, is a pungent cheese with an earthy, creamy flavour. Finish off with White Nancy a handmade goats cheese, semi soft with a slightly sweet, fresh lemony taste.
