The Portcurnick has a Cornish Yarg base, a firm cheese with a slightly crumbly centre wrapped in nettles to give its distinctive rind; The second tier is the hand crafted Devon Blue with its clean, buttery texture. On this sits Keltic Gold, a curd washed cheese in a Cornish Orchard Cider, this is a pungent cheese with an earthy creamy flavour. The fourth tier is the handmade gosts cheese White Nancy with its fresh lemony taste. Finished off with the Tor a pyramid shaped goats cheese with an ash coating.
