Four different cheeses are produced at this 1000 year old farm on the banks of the River dart near Totnes. The milk comes from their own herd of Jersey cows while the cheese is made by hand giving a consistently high quality.
A triple cream mould ripened cheese similar to Vignotte. It has a surprisingly light texture a delicate flavour when young which becomes more full bodied as it matures.
A Coloummier type cheese which has been made since 1980. It is a mould ripened cheese with a unique flavour and creamy texture.
